Use of the service
MoneyPrinterTurbo Studio provides hosted workflow software for MoneyPrinterTurbo-style short-video planning, scoring, checks, receipts, and checkout. You must use it lawfully and only with content, scripts, brands, assets, and systems you are authorized to process.
Independent service
MoneyPrinterTurbo Studio is independent from the upstream MoneyPrinterTurbo repository, GitHub, PayPal, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity, and other third-party platforms unless a written agreement says otherwise. Third-party names belong to their respective owners.
Payments
Paid plans are processed through PayPal checkout. Prices are shown in USD. Access may begin after the approved PayPal order is captured and verified.
Refunds and cancellations
Unless required by law, paid subscriptions are non-refundable after access is provisioned. If a duplicate charge, payment error, activation issue, or cancellation access issue occurs, contact support@aigeamy.com within 7 days with the PayPal order reference.
User content
You retain rights to the topics, scripts, approval notes, job settings, and workflow material you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, display, transmit, analyze, and support the service.
Limitations
The service helps plan and check short-video workflows. It does not guarantee platform monetization, legal compliance, copyright clearance, ad approval, code correctness, publishing success, or absence of defects. You remain responsible for human checks, publishing choices, and claims in your materials.
Acceptable use
You may not attack the service, overload infrastructure, scrape restricted areas, upload malware, hide unauthorized activity, violate third-party rights, or use the service for deceptive, unlawful, or harmful publishing.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Service availability may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, security events, payment-provider issues, or force majeure.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-data, or business-interruption damages.
