Information we process
We process account details, support messages, workflow inputs, readiness reports, checkout metadata, referrers, UTM parameters, and product analytics needed to run the service.
Workflow content
You decide what topics, scripts, brand notes, review comments, and job settings to submit. Do not submit passwords, private keys, production credentials, regulated personal data, or confidential client material unless you have the rights and a written agreement covering that use.
Payments
NOWPayments handles hosted cryptocurrency checkout. We may store invoice identifiers, selected plan, payment status, currency, and transaction references. We do not store private wallet keys.
Analytics
We record page views, CTA clicks, checkout starts, payment returns, device category, referrer host, UTM parameters, and answer-engine referral categories such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, OpenAI, and Bing when available.
Service providers
We may use Cloudflare for hosting, routing, security, and analytics storage; NOWPayments for checkout; and support tools for customer communication. Their own policies apply to their processing.
Retention and security
We retain data as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, satisfy legal duties, and support paid access. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export where applicable law provides those rights. Some records may be retained for security, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
